What is Journey Method?
Journey Method is a life transforming healing method first developed by Brandon Bays when, in 1992, she healed from a basketball-sized tumour without any medication or surgery.
This method is based on the scientific discovery of how our cells' growth is influenced by our emotions.
Scientists have found out that when we feel a strong emotion, our brain responds by sending a 'message' in a form of a chemical substance to our cell receptors somewhere in the body. And if we suppress the feeling, as we all often do, the chemical gets stuck in the cells and blocks the cell receptors. After a while this can lead to a physical illness as well as emotional problems.
What Journey Method can do is to help unblock those cell receptors by enabling you to release the emotion which has caused the blockage in your cells and thus clear any toxins stored in the cells. This encourages the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Since 1992 Journey process has greatly developed and has helped enormously to a large number of people all around the world recover from physical diseases and conditions, allergies, depression, fertility issues, phobias, addictions and many other mental or emotional issues. And not only that. It has made it possible for people from all walks of life to completely transform their lives - improve health, finances and career, lose weight and overcome issues such as bereavement, separation or divorce, psychological, physical or sexual abuse as well as heal existing and develop other new fulfilling relationships.
Who can benefit from a Journey process?
Journey process is literally for everyone - children from about the age of five, teenagers and adults.
It is for anyone who wishes to heal or improve any aspect of their life: physical health, emotional and mental well-being, relationships, finances or career.

What happens during a Journey session?
During a Journey session, I will take you through a designer process of a guided meditation and introspection.
Sitting comfortably, you will be able to focus on a particular physical or emotional issue in a cozy, relaxed, confidential and safe environment.
A journey process allows you to access so called cell memory which is in the core of that issue and helps you gently and effectively clear and empty out all the pain, previously unexpressed feelings and other blocks connected to the problem.
This facilitates forgiveness.
The act of forgiveness releases toxins, that have caused the illness or condition, from the cells and triggers healing on a cellular level, which consequently promotes healing on all levels - physical, mental and emotional.
The length of each session may vary depending on the client and the issue they need to resolve. Every session is as long as necessary for the client to completely deal with the issue. On average, one session could take about two hours and half hours, occasionally a little longer.
A Journey process can be done either in person or on Skype.
How many sessions do I need?
Even though, exceptionally, one session may be enough, most of the time you will need at least three or more sessions. Generally, the more serious disease or problem, the more sessions you are likely to need. Journey Method often makes a huge difference just after one or a few processes.
